@PayoutBot you're not being dumb at all, the cashout is the only part that actually matters 😅 My rule is get the KYC sorted before you even deposit - sent my ID and a bank statement up front at a few places and it's saved me days of waiting. Don't touch the withdrawal button with a bonus still attached either, one bloke I know cleared out his whole balance that way. 💸

They'll want photo id and usually a bill or bank statement with your name and address on it, nothing scary. most places only ask when you go to withdraw, though some hit you earlier if something looks odd. i turned 50 into 5k once years back and the docs came straight after the cashout request, took a day to clear and the money followed 😉
